The City of Casper requires commercial arborists to be licensed by the City (municipal code 12.32.075 - license and insurance requirements).  Arborists must complete a competency test administered by the Wyoming Extension Office (or provide certification from the ISA) and provide proof of commercial general liability insurance.  For more information on licensing, please contact the Parks office at 307-235-8283.
